Meet the Zeigs
Jeff Zeig, PhD
Jeff Zeig, PhD, is the architect of The Evolution of Psychotherapy Conferences, considered to be the most important conferences in the history of psychotherapy. He was one of the highest rated faculty members at the 2005 Evolution Conference. Dr. Zeig organized the Brief Therapy Conferences, the Couples Conferences, and the International Congresses on Ericksonian Approaches to Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
Dr. Zeig is on the Editorial Board of numerous journals; Fellow of the American Psychological Association (Division 29, Psychotherapy); and Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He is a Distinguished Practitioner in the National Academy of Practice in Psychology of the National Academies of Practice. A psychologist and marriage and family therapist, Dr. Zeig conducts a private practice, and offers workshops internationally (40 countries). He has been an invited speaker at major universities and teaching hospitals including The Mayo Clinic, Menningers and MD Anderson. Dr. Zeig has editor or authored more than 20 books that appear in eleven languages.

Julie T. Anné Zeig, PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and internationally recognized eating disorder and complex trauma expert. Dr. Julie is an esteemed Faculty of the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and the Founder and Clinical Director of A New Beginning, LLC. located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Dr. Julie is a dynamic international presenter whose personal brand of passion, compassion and HOPE is contagious. Her innovative work to increase awareness of the interwoven relationship between disordered eating and unsolved complex trauma is changing the manner in which clinicians address one’s relationship with body, weight, emotions and Self.

Dr. Julie is a Master Therapist whose unique style of experiential and interpersonal trauma repair invites clinicians to deepen their understanding of underlying complex-driven “pathology” and to repair, re-work and recreate healthy attachment dynamics in the therapeutic “here and now.”

What to Expect
Immersive Learning
Participants learn by immersing themself in an interactive process within a four-day intensive training. Each participant will engage in multiple roles throughout the training including being:
- a client for a peer
- a therapist for a peer
- a supervisor for a peer
- a client of Drs. Julie or Jeff Zeig (or both!)
All within a deeply respectful, nurturing and supportive collegial environment that is conducive to accelerated growth.
Personal Attention & Community
Each Master Class is limited to 12 participants, providing a deeply personalized experience with abundant opportunity for growth.
Interpersonal and respectful, nurturing and supportive, the Zeigs’ Master Class is an opportunity to connect in an authentic manner with fellow clinicians in an emotionally intimate and personalized manner.

What is the cost of the MasterClass?
2026 Inaugural Rates:
Master Class regular rate = $1550.
Repeat Participant “Appreciation” Rate = $1400.
This special rate is offered to participants who are repeat attendees of ANY Zeig Master Class – International or within the United States
How do I prepare?
Experiential in nature, there is no “academic” preparation for this training.
Come rested and ready to dig in deep. All theoretical orientations are encouraged, supported and welcome.
Common experiential techniques modeled include: Ericksonian hypnosis and trance, Gestalt, Existential, Parts Work, Psychodrama, Interpersonal and Attachment Repair work.
What skill level is required?
We strongly encourage participants of all skill levels to attend.
HOWEVER, participants must be a licensed or certified Master’s level mental health provider, Psychologist or Physician to attend.

What will we walk away with?
At the end of this training you will:
- be introduced to a broad range of theoretical approaches, which influence the use of diverse therapeutic interventions
- be exposed to the process of conceptualization as a means to construct and utilize therapeutic “roadmaps” for effective intervention

- be introduced to complex trauma conceptualization and therapeutic repair
- utilize experiential techniques for intrapersonal repair, interpersonal repair and past trauma healing.

- facilitate a brief therapy approach to respond to a patient’s presenting problem
- describe the rationale for using experiential methods
